At Smoked BBQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home grilling equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused BBQ equipment back into its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
