Raspberry Jam Wattle is a native Western Australian Acacia!

Raspberry Jam features a mild, fruity, and softly sweet profile, making it ideal for versatile smoking purposes. It’s especially well-suited for lamb poultry, pork (notably ham), and some seafood.

Known for its distinctive scent that closely mimics the sweet aroma of raspberry jam. This unique tree offers a flavourful twist inspired by nature’s own sweetness. 

These chunks deliver a long-lasting, strong burn, so only a small amount is needed to release a subtle, sweet raspberry fragrance and smoky taste.
